We recently wrote on Obamacare and the discussion about national health care in the United States.

Please note in this regard that people in Monaco, for example, have a life expectancy of 89.68 years, ten more years than in the United States.

Yahoo Finance has the Top 10 list, writing:

"Residents of Monaco live, on average, 5.25 years longer than the second longest-living nation, Macau; that's approximately a decade longer than the average American. Monaco shares several aspects with other long-living nations, including an abundance of wealth and state-funded healthcare...."

America ranks 50th.

Newspaper Excerpt Found to be Non-Infringing Fair Use by Federal District Court in Nevada Copyright Case

Kurt Opsahl at the Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) reports that a Nevada federal district court has found that using a newspaper excerpt of five sentences together with a link to the original article is not copyright infringement but rather non-infringing fair use.
